After very disappointing 7th season in row trophy-less, fans are getting really tired of Arsene's regime. But not for their new majority stakeholder, Stan Kroenke, whose will given one more chance for Arsene to prove to their fans, by injecting £55 millions into Arsene's transfer kitty. That's not suprising, as Arsene was given big transfer kitty before, but still no big names were brought in, as result no improvement, more declining. Last time out, he brought in Gervinho, Metresacker, Park, and Arteta as permanent and also Benayoun. Those player really gave impact to Arsenal's squad (expect for Park). That shows that Arsenal need to improve his squad by bring-in new fresh faces!
Arsene once already said that, he does not need any more attacking player, because he already have plenty of them. He already have Ox Chamberlain and Arshavin that can play left winger, Walcott in the right, Gervinho can play either both side, RVP is ever indispensable as final man, Ramsey and Diaby can play as attacking midfield, Rosicky can play anywhere in attacking role in midfield, Wilshere in supporting midfield role, and Song in strong holding role, what more can he asked for? Well Arsene, ponder why Arsenal still cannot win tittles, why Arsenal are not dangerous in attacking like they used to be, why they are too rely on RVP to score goals.
Lets have a look, any potential transfer that can give big hand if ever Arsene wants to win trophy.
Eden Hazard
This is the perfect transfer for Arsene. Equipped with the agility, pace, flair, perfect passing, can play in any three position in the final third attacking role, (left and right wing, attacking). He is also played in French League with Lille, still young, big potential, been touted as next Lionel Messi, whats more Arsene want? He is his dream player!
If Arsene fail to land him again this time out, he should be SACKED! Valued at £35 millions, it could find stumbled in Arsene's transfer policy, but you have £55 millions, use it! The Belgium's wonderkid already voiced out, he wants to move to North London as his next destination, as Arsenal and Totenham are the only team he preferred to play. Totenham already make their move, but Arsene, no story yet been heard.

I don't know if ever Arsene have any chance of signing this German's wonderkid. But for me, if you failed Mesut Ozil in the past, this is the player you have to sign to cover back your mistake. He is well equipped with all great playmaker should posses, he should recover back what Arsenal been missing in the midfield after Fabregas departures.
Gotze already in talk with Manchester United, it will signalling that Arsenal will be left far behind by their arch rival if the deal materialized.

Stars of World Cup 2006, another German, can play either in striker role or in both wing, position which benefits the most in Arsene tactics. Going to 27 this year, which would not favours Arsene in his transfer policy. Recently declining in match performance, but would give big lift in Arsenal if ever he join the Gunners. Even since before World Cup 2006, I always have big feelings that Podolski fits the most in the Arsenal line-up. One thing to consider is that, he performed much better in National jersey compared to when he wears his club's jersey. There must be reason why he is not Bayern's regular back then right?
If Arsene fail to land any of the two wonderkid, Podolski will perfect for the bill. Would not cost much, he surely agree to move in much better side compared to his current club, FC Koln.
